If you've been looking forward to getting the most out of your live TV experiences via Google TV, now is the time to log back in and watch them. Google is streamlining the way you access your live shows and content on the platform, with both more channels and a more user-friendly organisation.

In addition to currently available live channel offerings like ABC, CBS, NBC, and more, Google is also adding Haystack News, Plex, and Tubi to the roster—all available directly from the Live tab. Additionally, it is rolling out its own built-in Live channels, although, as of now, the names and topics of these new Google channels have not been revealed.

Beyond added content, Google is making it easier to find something to watch or return to one of your favourite shows. A new integrated TV guide promises to turn the Live tab into *the* place to find whatever you're in the mood for, including over-the-air channels that require a premium subscription to watch. And if there's a particular show or channel you want to revisit, mark it as a favourite to keep it at the top of your guide.

These Google TV updates should be rolling out to US users starting today, along with Google TV-supporting devices like Sony and Philips sets, Chromecast, and more.

A similar update is also expected to arrive on Android TV at an unspecified point later this year.
